As our KUBI community continues to grow, we realize how important it is to document the history and journey of this growth and preserve everything we've learned for the leaders that come after us.

This October, part of KUBI's core leadership team traveled to Zurich, Switzerland for Ripple's University Blockchain Research Initiative (UBRI) Connect Conference. UBRI Connect, hosted by Ripple, brings together scholars, researchers, and thought leaders from across the globe to showcase and celebrate exceptional blockchain research and innovation.

In February 2024, the University of Kansas Blockchain Institute was able to take eleven members to ETHDenver: a Community Innovation Festival offering a unique opportunity to explore blockchain technology with education, #BUIDLing, showcases, and special events.
